and it was superb. Made fresh pasta to start and then
followed your recipe. You're right about the lemon and
butter. Used French salted butter, dried mint because
I didn't have fresh. Loved how the raw zucchini
cooked a bit in the hot pasta and had the slight crunch
on top. So easy & quick.
