What to Cook in April

Let’s cook something delicious in April! It’s still ‘shoulder season’.

On the menu: Mile High Quiche Lorraine; Smoky, Spicy Vegetable Stew with Onion Relish; All Dressed Up Broccolini; Rhubarb Oatmeal Scones; Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Nice Cream

When snow falls during the first week of April, it’s hard not to be a little bit grumpy.

In my mind, we should have been in the full swing of Spring by now. In my actual experience, for as long as I can remember, that has never happened in New England. We go from cool, raw days to lilacs and then, overnight, it’s summer! Some people never learn.
