I have already completed Thanksgiving twice this year; once for a photo shoot for The Boston Globe Food Section Thanksgiving issue and again for Boston Globe recipes using leftovers. Turkey is now my middle name (Mom was too tapped out to come up with one, so I’ll take it. I’m not even kidding!)
