It’s prime time for blueberries!

The season in Maine is now peaking and will last until early September. I’ve got three recipes for you to try and I hope you will.

FYI: News you don’t need but I’m going to tell you anyway: There are two kinds of blueberries: high-bush berries and wild blueberries.

High-bush berries are fat “cultivated” berries that are grown on plants that are up to six feet tall. Wild blueberries are tiny berries and are not cultivated (hence their wild label.) No one planted them! They’re supposedly far superior to the cultivated ones in terms…
