For the last couple of weeks, I’ve given you two recipes which could be considered aspirational. There was a lot of heavy lifting in the Deep-Dish Quiche and Strawberry Tart, but we had holidays to contend with. If you made one or the other, I hope your efforts were applauded. If you didn’t, save the recipes for another day when you want to make something special and have the energy for it.
