I admit, I don’t cook as much fish as I ought too, especially since I live on the East Coast where we have a lot of good, fresh choices.

Maybe memories from childhood hold me back. In our house, fish sticks were offered up every Friday night. When I say ‘offered up’ I mean it literally.
